Brightfind is pleased to announce Al Osifade has joined the Brightfind team as the Manager, .NET Development. Al brings with him great experience in software project management, requirement analysis and technical leadership. He has worked in the association industry since 2004.
In his new role, Al will be responsible for managing Brightfind’s .NET development team; serve as a technical 
adviser for implementations of content management systems (CMS) Ektron/Episerver and Sitecore, and lead Brightfind’s continuous improvement processes for technical standards and best practices. He will also be heavily involved in helping Brightfind clients improve the usability of their e-business controls.
Prior to Brightfind, Al served as a Technical Manager at Personify. He was responsible for implementing, coordinating, and overseeing activities related to the development and support of the enterprise association management software (AMS) Personify360.

Outside of work, Al spends his time with his wife and three children. On the rare occasion that he has a free moment for himself, you can find Al taking a spin down a curvy (but safe) road on his motorcycle, pounding the pavement with friends training for a run, or trolling for a soccer pickup game.
