Say Hello to Brightfind, Formerly Syscom Services Web Technology.

I take great pride in announcing that the Syscom Services Web Technology division has become a separate company called Brightfind, now entirely devoted to specialized digital design and web development.  For organizations such as yours that require deep, complex content for their websites, we are becoming the "best in class" design, implementation, and maintenance agency.

With our new systems engineering leadership and business model, Brightfind has increased its capabilities and efficiency, and thus, the value you receive from our services. It has also implemented new technical and creative UX (User Experience) expertise to provide superior user experiences.

These changes reflect our recognition that our clients expect not only first-rate design and technical expertise for their websites, but also the ability to continually assess and improve their customers' online experiences. With our new Experience Insight subscription, we've removed the guesswork from those assessments by analyzing the behavior of your online visitors, and creating ways to quickly adjust your web offerings accordingly.

Our current clients will share their positive experiences of working with our staff and of the quality, economy, and effectiveness of the product and services we provided them. They will also support our reputation for first-rate customer service.

Our new brand is displayed and articulated in our new website, which we invite you to explore, as we invite you to follow Brightfind on social media and subscribe to this blog.

We are very excited that we can now extend more innovative, advantageous services to you, and look forward to our continued collaboration in the future.

Sincerely,

brightfind-sig

Frank Klassen
CEO, Brightfind

P.S. The Document Technology division of the company will continue under the name Syscom Services and the leadership of Jim Kelly as CEO.
